ART SPECS & REQUIREMENTS

Clean vector artwork must be supplied at the time the order is placed to ensure the best possible print quality and to help expedite/meet production timelines. If you need exact imprint colors, make sure to specify your exact PMS colors. Clean vector artwork is defined as follows:

Digital files - The digital file ideally should be created as an .eps or .ai file. All text must be converted to outlines and/or include fonts, and/or all logos must be converted to paths/curves/outlines. Low resolution files typically cannot be used, such as jpeg or bitmap. High resolution images only.

Hard Copy - Black and white artwork with color separations with a resolution of 600 DPI (dots per Inch) or greater. PMS colors must accompany and specify coated/uncoated or a color copy of artwork to match.

Embroidery Files - In order to embroider a logo, we will need your logo digitized as a .dst file (tajima format). If you do not provide a digitized file, we can get one created for you, but a digitizing fee will apply.

If artwork is not received in the accepted format, we can get the art created for you, but an art charge will apply.  Remember, the quality of your imprinted logo starts with the artwork you supply.
